✓ CNIC of guardian
✓ Fee details of university
✓ Income certificate or Salary slip
✓ In case of orphan student: death certificate of father.
✓ In case of disabled student: certificate of disability. - Application Procedure

✓ Applicant whose admission is on self finance basis is not eligible.
